We collect account information such as your first name, last name, email address, password authentication status, saved profile details, payment access status, and app activity needed to provide free and paid practice content. This may include quiz progress, section access, and account settings.

We use your information to create and manage your PassPPE account, provide access to free or full-access question banks, process support requests, send account and security emails, improve the app, prevent misuse, and maintain security and reliability.
Account Creation And Authentication
PassPPE uses Supabase to manage account creation, login, password resets, and email confirmations. Authentication emails may be sent through our email provider using PassPPE sender details.
Payments Through Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. PassPPE does not store your full payment card number, CVC, or complete billing details. We receive limited payment confirmation information, such as whether a checkout session was paid, so we can unlock full access on your account.
Support Messages
If you contact us, we collect the information you submit, including your name, email address, message, and any optional attachment, so we can respond to your request and troubleshoot issues you report.
Cookies And Local Storage
PassPPE may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember app state, support checkout flow, and improve basic functionality.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate PassPPE, such as Supabase for accounts and database services, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, and Resend or other email delivery providers for transactional and support emails.
Data Location And Service Providers
Our service providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other locations where they operate. By using PassPPE, you understand that information may be handled by these providers according to their own security and privacy practices.

We keep account and access information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

We use reputable third-party platforms and reasonable technical safeguards to protect the app and user information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should keep your password confidential and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request correction or deletion of account information, subject to legal, security, support, and payment record requirements. Deleting an account may remove access to paid content connected to that account.
