These Terms of Use govern access to and use of PassPPE. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Educational Use
PassPPE is a supplemental study tool intended to help users practice topics related to the National Professional Practice Exam. The app provides practice questions, explanations, and study support, but it does not guarantee exam results, licensure, registration, employment, or acceptance by any engineering regulator.
Independent Resource
PassPPE is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any provincial or territorial engineering association or regulator.
Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide access to your account to another person.
Free And Paid Access
PassPPE offers a limited free preview and a paid full-access option. The free preview currently includes a limited portion of the question bank. Full access is unlocked through a one-time payment of $24.99 and applies only to the account used at checkout.
Payments Through Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing full access, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Stripe to process the transaction. PassPPE does not store your full payment card details.
Content Ownership
PassPPE content, including questions, explanations, layout, and branding, is owned by PassPPE or its licensors. You may use it for personal study only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or publish the content without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, interfere with security features, or use automated tools to extract question content.
Refunds
All purchases are generally final sale. However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at PassPPE's discretion. We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, unresolved technical issues that prevent access to the paid content, or other reasonable circumstances. Refund requests should be submitted through the Contact Us form or by emailing support@passppe.com with the account email and payment details. We may decline refund requests where full access has been used extensively, including where a user purchases access shortly before an exam, uses the product substantially, and then requests to cancel or refund after the exam, or where the request is otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

For questions, technical issues, account help, or recommendations for improvement, please use the Contact Us form or email support@passppe.com. We try to respond within a reasonable time, but response times are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
PassPPE is provided as a study aid. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassPPE is not liable for exam outcomes, licensing decisions, indirect damages, or losses arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of PassPPE after updates means you accept the revised terms.
